This has popped up numerous times at the top of our website. Does anyone know why this happens and how to get rid of it?

yep, do what it says. log into your ftp and delete the folder zc_install.

That sounds odd. What version are you using, and how long has the site been running? It sounds like a possible hack attempt.... or perhaps your host server had to restore a backup of your site at some point?

We have the latest version on the site which is 1.3.9 and it has been fine for a while. I am just stumped how to get rid of it.

If you are not the designer of the site, contact them, or consider hiring someone to repair it.
