Anyone know how to link to all products?

This may be a very easy thing to do, but I have searched for a while with no luck....

I am trying to make 1 or 2 of my category links on the left not actually go to a category, but to different area like specials or all products. Would I have to write SQL query to select All PRODUCTS ?

In bold are the categories I had in mind...

Adapters / Connectors
All Cables
Audio / Video
Bulk Cable
Cat 5e Ethernet Cables
Cat 6 Ethernet Cables
Computer / PC Cables
Sale Specials
Testers / Tools
Wall Plates / Inserts

Any help would be greatly appreciated - :D

The Categories sidebox already has built in links to Specials and All Products ... you might look at how those are written ...

How do I get to those? Do you mean the information side box?
