Need help with Affiliate Pro...

I've decided to use Affiliate Pro and I uploaded the folder as specified. I've also downloaded Affiliate Pro Module and uploaded the 3 files like it said. I've also inserted the purchase tracking script like it said. BUT when I go in the admin section and click on modules then order totals and I can't install the affiliate pro tracking module because the screen looks weird on that page and I can't see the install button! If I click on modules and payment or shipping the page looks fine and I can see the install buttons on the right!

What happened? What did I do wrong? How do I fix it? And I'm new to zen cart & css etc so I need the dummy/idiots version of what to do!
