Can I prevent Gift Certificates from being bought with Gift Certificates?

Hello

I want to set up some products that can not be purchased using Gift Cards. Specifically Gift Certificates. I feel this is a logical paradox and I don't want people to buy gift cards using gift card $.

Scenario 1: angry customer want to annoy me.
By buying gift card using gift cards, an annoying customer or mischievous bot could loop a gift card purchase and fill my database (and order queue) with useless transactions.

Scenario 2: angry customer want to bankrupt me.
By buying gift cards using gift card -1 cent, they can run hundreds of penny transactions through my system and the PayPal charges alone will bankrupt me.

How do I set it up so some products (like Gift Certificates) cannot be purchased using gift cards?

Thanks
