Strange Problem- Twist of Nature Template or Hosting Problem?

Hi- I'm trying to customize a zen cart store for a client. The shop url is http://www.iandi.com/shop. We've been having a strange problem for a while- pretty much any time you access the site, one or more of the photos won't load. If you refresh, that photo will load and a different one won't load (particularly with the facebook/twitter logos).

They had been using the Twist of Nature template which has a feature that selects a random header image to display, and I'm wondering if that script has something to do with it? I'm ok with php and css but my javascript isn't great and I haven't been able to figure out where that script is or how to turn it off, to see if that's even the problem.

Any help is appreciated, let me know if you need more info or code...thanks!

It seems to be your computer cache as all pictures load for me. Now that being said, your pictures are so large and take so long to load. You will need to bring down the resolution or what is called picture optimization.

I figured it was my computer at first, but then someone else mentioned having the same problem. And the pics that disappear the most often are the facebook & twitter ones which are only 34px?

They are there for me, no problems and the resolution on those are fine. The pictures that are too big are every other picture in your site. Most of them are between 170k and 700k large as they should only by around 20k each. If you don't know how to do picture optimization ask some people you know if they can do it for you or teach you.

My client can do the optimization, she is the one that has been adding pictures through the admin. The problem was happening before she uploaded most of them but I'll have her resize the pics & see if it helps.
