Payment processing errors through PayPal (28, 7)
For some inexplicable reason I have started receiving the following error on my site when a customer attempts to check out: "- (28) connect() timed out!" I haven't changed any settings, and we were processing web orders just fine a few days ago. Is this a PayPal side issue? I also received an, "- (7) couldn't connect to host" error. Any ideas? Thanks!
