State required for Admin changes to Customer details

HI,

I have v1.3.9h. I have successfully transfered Customers Details from my Os Commerce shop, and now need to change some customers details.

Registration in my Shop does not require State. Whereas if I try to make changes to Customer Details in Admin, the State is required.

My settings are as follow.....

Configuration -> Minimum Values -> State -> 0
Customer Details -> State -> False

Have I missed something?

Go to the Configuration ... Minimum Values ... and set the State to blank ... not 0 ...

For any country that does not have State settings, this will allow a blank ...
