USPS integration adding 3 pounds to estimater

Set up the web tools and am live on usps server.

Cart shows 1 item at .25 lbs. - Then when click on estimate.. it still says .25 pounds at top, but the choices for mailing go to 3.25 pounds - so no first class showing up, etc...

debugging also show errors

as a side issue i go to blank screens when going to check out, or updating the cart...
