Download configure file not found

Hi,

I downloaded v.1.3.9h. But I can't find configure.php file in both
/admin/includes and /includes folders from my computer. Why?

The zip files come with dist-configure.php in those places. Rename those to configure.php, or just run the installer and they'll be created for you.
