I want to show more than 1 review in the sidebox. This is not something that can be configured in the admin .. or at least doesn't work. Is there a way I can do this through modifying code ?

Sure did .. but it doesn't seem to work. It works for all other sideboxes like featured or new products.

Are you using overrides on your sideboxes?
