Unlimited product quantities for certain products
Hello all, I have been searching but I can't find an answer to this. I sell many products, namely beer and wine. Some of my items are sold as an unlimited quantity as I can get unlimited amounts of these items. These items I set at a default level of 100 + the number I actually have in stock. For other items (deposits for empty bottles) I set the stock level at 9999 and I just don't show the quantity box. This works but it would be much more useful to allow certain products to be unlimited. The main problem is that it would be nice to check the net worth of your stock for cash flow reasons. If items are set at 1000...and you have hundreds that are set like this, calculating your stock worth becomes very time consuming as you must subtract all of this page by page.
So, is their a way to set only certain items as unlimited so that I do not need to add a "quantity" in the quantity box? Or, is there a way to set up the invintory report so that it omits certain items? (I am guessing not).
I am using version 1.3.9f
I love Zencarts front end, however, trying to get ahold of your business from behind the scenes is still pretty tough!
