Customer have paid ,but no order information in admin area

Customer have paid ,but no order information in admin area,

My customer use paypal to pay ,I think he have not click return url to checkout_confirmation

It's there any way to find out the order information.

But test your PP trans actions - - in the admin > modules > payment > paypay > edit at the bottom temporairly enable logging

Run some teat transactions and check the logs for errors or where the process is breaking down

I have enable paypal log ,and test order proudct pay by paypal

but there is no log file generated

so ,I think it's wrong in step after customer pay,but not click return to website.

why zencart not set payment after the order was insert?

I want to suggest this, because they may lost order information.
