Advice on inaccurate UPS rates
OK, I know this has been asked before, but after days of reading, Im very frustrated and figured I'd ask one more time.
I am getting very inaccurate shipping quotes from the UPS module. I know they are supposed to be coming right from the UPS server, but I have done side by side comparisons, and always get different rates.
As a test, I made a 1lb test product and purchased it through zencart. At checkout, I clicked "estimate shipping" and here are my results with the corresponding quotes I received by manually checking the UPS site. I did this again for 10 of the 1 lb test products to get a 10lb package. The results follow

The estimates are nearly double the actual cost.
I am using version 1.3.9h of Zen Cart. Version 14498 of the UPS module.
I have made the tare 0:0 for all package sizes.

While I can deal with a small discrepancy, I cant expect customers to pay double actual shipping costs. Does anybody have any advice or a work-around.
