EZPages menu at top of each page

What do people do with the header menu that reads:
EZPages :: Privacy Notice :: Shared :: Zen Cart

I can understand the need for the Privacy Notice, and my limited understanding of EZPages is that these are to make an About Us or a Resources/Links page, etc., but how do you alter this menu? from erasing it to modifying what is on it?

If you go to the Tools ... EZ-Pages ... you will see the green dots that indicate a link is turned on ...

To turn one off, click on the Green dot and it will turn to Red and turn off that link ...

The advantage of leaving the examples in there and turned off is you can see how they were made for future use ...
