USPS 01-02-2011 updates

This is an update for USPS ...

First - Go to your Modules ... Shipping ... and edit the existing USPS shipping module and save all of your settings to NotePad

Second - Click REMOVE

Third - Unzip the Zip file and load the usps.php file to
/includes/modules/shipping/usps.php

Fourth - Go to your Modules ... Shipping ... and click INSTALL

Fifth - Click EDIT and reconfigure your shipping settings that you saved to NotePad in step one ...
