adding/changing hyperlinks product subcatagory names and pictures

Anybody have an idea how to make the subcategory names ie: the type three manual reset category on this page

a hyperlink that would co to another page? also where would you put hyperlinks in category pictures.

Are you talking about the sidebox links or the center column links?
In either case it would need to be custom coded for each link.
