After fixing the pricing on the frontend in 1.3.7, the storeadmin was still incorrect. To fix, go to line 1484 of 'storeadmin->includes->functions->general.php', and change lines 1488 - 1492 to:
if (DISPLAY_PRICE_WITH_TAX_ADMIN == 'true') {
return $price + zen_calculate_tax($price, $tax);
} else {
return $price;
}
then go to line 1499 to:
return $price * $tax / 100;
