Currency display in admin - prefer default only

I've combed these pages for a while and can't seem to find this..

I would like users to select their currency via the sidebox - that's the easy part. But then admin displays the same currency after the order is placed.

I would like it to ONLY display on the web, but NOT in admin - I'd prefer the default USD in admin.

Can it be done or has been done? Thanks!

*Have admin show only the default currency while the customer can browse/shop/purchase by the currency dropdown on the website.

o.k., did some more digging in this forum.

I may just have to deal with different currencies in admin. Reports all come out in Default currency - nice.

It just makes it a couple of steps to deal with financial transactions, customer credits and rebills.
