Trouble upgrading the database from 1.3.8a to 1.3.9h
I have been installing Zencart 1.3.9h on my localhost (local computer) for testing. The installation went OK, and I adjusted my old zencart site to the new version, with my norwegian language files, classic template. Imported the database from the live site. Everything was working OK, except for the message: "Your database appears to need patching to a higher level. See Admin->Tools->Server information ......"
I then upgraded my database, everything seemed to go as expected, no error messages. But after I log into Admin, I am warned that my site is "down for maintenance". When I go from admin to the shop, I only get the opening page with the message "The site is currently down for maintenance....." And there I am. Something happened when upgrading the database from 1.3.8a to 1.3.9h.
I have read most of the posts here about the same problem, but can't find what's wrong. Where do I search to find the error(s)?
Hope somebody's able to help me out.
