Centering Sections

How do you center the main section of the cart page? I could swear it was centered by default but it i snot anymore, and I havent changed anything. I would also like to add some line breaks to lower the section away from the header.

Also, how do I change the page title?

There are other Zencart support forums in other languages, but this is the original and the best.

It seems it only appears centered on all the major browsers when zoomed in to 125%.... but at 100% and smaller, it is right justified... any thoughts on this error?
