Error when importing DB - #1062 - Duplicate entry '1' for key 'PRIMARY'

I am having to redo my site due to a hack but I did manage to export the database. When I try to import it as one bunch I get the following error

#1062 - Duplicate entry '1' for key 'PRIMARY'

When i try to import data one table at a time I get the same types of errors.
