shop by price sidebox

This is not a question, but rather something ive been looking for a solution for and found, i just wanted to post it on here to share with others.

For those people looking for a shop by price sidebox there is a free add on over at zen flavour, the link is http://www.zenflavor.com/free-shop-by-price-module-for-zen-cart.html

Although the code they give in the language defines doesn't validate because of the use of ampersands in the advanced search url and need to be replaced with the correct coding for w3c validation

for example replace:

<li><a href="http://www.yourdomain.com/index.php?main_page=advanced_search_result&inc_subcat=1&pfrom=0&pto=50&sort=3a">0 - 50</a></li>

with

<li><a href="http://www.yourdomain.com/index.php?main_page=advanced_search_result&inc_subcat=1&pfrom=0&pto=50&sort=3a">0 - 50</a></li>

This will, after following the rest of their instructions give you a sidebox which doesnt overwrite any core files, oesn't mess with the database and will also with the above mod validate

hope this helps someone :D
