No IPN notifications from certain countries
Since I upgraded to 1.3.9 I do not receive notifications of orders from just Australia. I receive the payment, but the shop is not notified about the orders. Hence I have no idea what the customer ordered. It seems that only orders from Australia (I am not in Australia) are affected.
