Split tax lines doesn't work for shipping cost

Zen Cart is a great open source software :), while I have a little problem with "Split tax lines" on shipping cost for Zen Cart v1.3.9h.

I have turned on the "Split tax lines" in Configuration->store, and "split tax lines" works well with product tax. However, no matter what I do, for shipping tax, the different tax rates were put together in one line, when I deal with Quebec (Canada) shipping cost and tax.

I located the original splittaxline module, which is merged into 1.3.9, and did a little compare. I found in 1.3.9h(1.3.9a as well), include/module/order_total/ot_shipping.php didn't incorporate codes to deal with split tax lines. There is no SHOW_SPLIT_TAX_CHECKOUT test and all the tax lines are added up together in one line. However, the original splittaxline module does have code in op_shipping.php to handle tax lines in a separate brunch.

I feel this is a bug, though it might affect only a very small group of Zen Cart user. I am wondering if the developer can took a look at this issue.

I merged the code from original splittaxline module and incorporated fix in 1.3.9h to ot_shipping.php.

Issue fixed according to my current test result.

Rename the attached file to ot_shipping.php, copy it to include/module/order_total/, and override the original file. Use it as your own risk!:P

After a lot of searching etc, I have a zencart store in Quebec working correctly with all tax setups etc - I have attached all the settings/instructions that work on my site - which may be of help to you. :smile:[Attachment no longer available]
