Looking for fast way to setup zones

Is there a fast way of setting up 3 zones UK, Europe, Rest of World with all Countries within the correct zone.
This would make my life allot easier.

I found some sql that Linda have provided for me a while backup which created my Rest Of World zone as all Countries were added to a zone apart from the UK. I had to manually build the zone for Europe but it didn't take as long as I thought. I then duplicated the percentage shipping module twice with each 1 dedicated to 1 zone which appears to be working well.
