Multiple Items with only one add to cart button per page

I'm extremely new to Zen Cart, and have a ton of questions. I have a layout style that I would like to work toward creating, but am having trouble wrapping my head around how to accomplish the task.

I would like to create a product page very similar to the one found at this address: Finesse Jigs

The way I am thinking of accomplishing this is by creating a Category called "Swim Jigs" that holds numerous sub-categories that represent each color with a "Color Number". So say a Green Pumpkin Swim Jig has 4 sizes, I would have "Green Pumpkin" as a sub-category of "Swim Jigs" and each of the 4 sizes would be a different product with the "Green Pumpkin" sub-category. Does this seem like the best way to go about doing this?

I am also trying to find a way to use only a single "Add To Cart" button on each "Category" listing page.

Like I said, I'm a total newbie at this stuff so any help or info would be awesome!
