Help...suddenly can't process credit cards

Our customer's are suddenly all receiving the following error message when they try to pay with a credit card:

Communications Error - Please notify webmaster. - Your credit card could not be authorized for this reason. Please correct the information and try again or contact us for further assistance.

We use Authorize.net and nothing has changed with our ZC site or with our configuration with Authorize.net and this was working until yesterday. ZC version 1.3.9

HELP! Any ideas on what could be causing this?

Did you ever get this resolved, cause I'm suddenly having the same problem and can't see a quick solution. Any thoughts?
