Red button on doc download file

Is there a troubleshoot list for this? I've uploaded the document (same directory as another download which works fine. Have set attribute - it can see the file but it has a red button. Have set it up according to the tutuorial. Any ideas? Many thanks. (Latest version of ZC).

OK. Thanks this made me think... Insstead of looking at the attribute controller I went into 'Downloads Manager' in the Catalog/ The document which wasn't working had a url prefix... it's fine now. Check the Document Downloads! :D

Actually there is another problem. Customers can only see the document downloads if logged in. How can I make it so anyone can download them? Thanks.
