When i click on a product it does not show a the pic or description of the product any help would be great

If your Zencart version is 1.3.9, check your /cache folder for error log files. If not, install this first, then check for the error logs:

Blank or partly blank pages

Also, try switching to the classic template and see if they now display

This will narrow the issue to a file in your template
