Step 2 of check out not loading

K I do know that this was working a week ago, not sure what has happend. When I'm on step 1 of the checking out click on the Continue Checkout to go to to step 2 the page just never loads.

Any ideas to what I or my client had changed to create this problem?

Usually this is due to a problem with a language file, such as space(s) or blank line(s) after the closing php bracket ?> at the end of a file ...

Look in your /cache and see if there are debug logs being generated regarding this error ...

I figured it out but not sure to why it is erroring out. I changed the text Special Instructions or Comments About Your Order on the PHP file and changed it on the pages as well but only the checkout_shipping.php has issues with the text change.
