I have a module called "Buy 2 Get 1 Free". It works perfectly but the problem is that i want it removed from my modules. When i try to remove it i get a blank page and im unable to remove it.
Is there another way to remove that module manually?

A blank screen usually means that there's a PHP error.
Without understanding what the error is and indeed what changes the mod may have made to your site, it's not possible to give good advice on alternative ways to remove it.
That's not a mod I've heard off, and doesn't seem to be available from the downloads area here. Where did you get it from?

It was custom coded :( Is there a way to see the error rather than just seeing the blank page?

You probably have a PHP function in there with a line something like $db->Execute(...); without first declaring $db as a global variable, but since this is a custom mod, that's just a guess.
