Product Images won't enlarge

I've researched and even posted a question before.

I can't for the life of me, figure out how to get my product images to enlarge when you click on them.

I've tried pretty much everything except for what works.

you click on the product image, and the popup comes up, but it's the same dimensions as the thumbnail product images on the site!

any suggestions?

Have you uploaded the various sizes into the relevant directories and named them accordingly?

Another alternative is Image Handler 2.

i have all my cropped images in the /images folder

i have all the large images in the /images/large folder

i have _LRG at the end of the file name.

any other suggestions? its driving me nuts

i inspected the element in the popup box, and whats suppose to be the large image is still pointing to the https://www.domain.com/images/filename.jpg images.

its not even pointing to the /image/large

I'm no good at reading code so when I'm in positions like yours I download a copy of my store and then compare it using Beyond Compare or Winmerge to the original stock download.

Hopefully you will find a missing or corrupt file.

Beyond that I'm afraid you'll need someone more knowledgeable to come along and assist you.

can somebody tell me the files that are used for the large image popup? i'd rather compare a few files rather than the whole zen cart folder.
