center column area height

In the center section of the store the majority of the box is long enough but in the checkout area tis a different story

template is purple shades from your downloads area but it is an old one that was updated for version 1.3 not any of the versions later...it does work but this area is cutting off some places...see image

I looked in the checkout.php files in languages, the template php files and the css file but can not find where to do the change to the height to not cut off the bottom wording.

I can't see exactly where the problem is coming from, but adding this should fix it:

padding:0 0 3em 0;

worked like a charm, would I use a similar code for the order confirmation page cause it cuts off at the bottom too
