Changing shipping method wording in checkout

Using version 1.3.9h

I would be grateful to know which file I need to edit to change the wording from "best way" for step 1 of 3 during checkout.

Use the "Look-up in all files" located in the Developer Tool Kit under tools in the admin. That will tell you which file it is in and where you can go to change it.

Thanks so much - have just found the Developers Tool Kit and I think I will be using it a lot more now!
