maybe this will help. For about two years I've been using image handler to upload image in 3 different sizes at the same time and never have a problem with that.

Nothing for the past year as far as I know but I cannot be 100% sure. The company had moved website to hosting provider but it was months ago and I did not regeistered any issues.

The problem is I am not the only one with the access to the website and there is nothing I can do about, so there is a possibility that someone else has accessed it over last weekend and messed up with the code. When I finished my work on Friday everything was fine but when I came back to work on Mon that problem occured.

When I finished my work on Friday everything was fine but when I came back to work on Mon that problem occured.
Use FTP and sort by modified date and look for any modified after your had finished and all was well

I don't see anything unusual :( but I'm not sure about images catalog as it was modified on Mon and I cant recall doing anything with it
