Adding a New Product, Having an Issue when I proceed to Preview

Hey, So iv looked around on the Interwebs quite a bit and I cant find a Solutions to my issue that I'm having so i figured i might try to post something and see what i get.
I am Running v1.3.9h
Had everything up and Running Correctly on a Localhost to test it out. I Migrated it over to an Online server so that it is a Live website. When i started to Add products i would enter in the proper info then Click preview to Proceed to the next step and i get this error

**Server error.

The website encountered an error while retrieving http://www.XXXXXXXXX.com/tng/zencart/adminaccess/product.php?cPath=3&product_type=1&action=new_product_preview. It may be down for maintenance or configured incorrectly**

Then I checked my Cache Debug Logs and Got this.

Can someone please point me into the Right Direction.

The messages that you're getting are telling you that you're missing a file.

That said, I'm slightly confused by your post, since you say you're running 1.3.9h which would require that you rename your admin, but your messages suggest that it's still working with an unrenamed admin. Could be a clue.

My Admin file has been changed just didnt want to post the actual name here.
I see that i am missing a File and that file is the New_Product_Preview.php How do I get or Create that file?
