404 error

Zen cart ver 1.3.8a.
Web site is pranajewelry.com
I had installed the Image Handler Addon and as it was not working I uninstalled the files.
During this process I had got the 500 error which I seem to have rid of, but now have the 404 error.
Currently able to use admin pages and the home page.
For all other pages I get the error.
During the debug process I noticed the
1)Image page under Configuration did NOT revert back to its old settings; however the configuration.php file did not change?
2) I reinstalled htaccess files for \admin
and \admin\includes

Also added the code
SecFilterInheritance Off
to the last line of the htaccess file in \admin\includes

Still at a loss.
Any help is appreciated.

Did you remove the IH code within the main .htaccess file?

I am not sure which is the main .htaccess file?
There were 2 that I restored the those located in \admin
and admin\includes.

I was able to correct issue with my webhost the .htaccess in the root directory was restored
