url links that look .. better?

my website is http://www.cheapstairparts.com and i would like my url links to look better. for example..

currently they look like this

http://cheapstairparts.com/index.php?main_page=index&cPath=1_20

but i would like it to look something more like ..

http://cheapstairparts.com/orleans-fleur-de-lis/

because thats the product title.

i only ask cause I manage a few other sites and we use wordpress for those (not ecommerce related) and i like how you can do that with the urls. more search engine friendly IMO.

so is this possible?
