Paypal Checkout Rejected
i have a problem i fully setup my paypal express and it all work til i get to paypal log in everything is there so i hit paynow button it sends me back to my website but it has this message at the top of my webpage
(The address you selected at PayPal is not a Confirmed address. Please return to PayPal and select or add a confirmed address and try again)
in bright red i have added changed email and home addresses nothing seems to work.
no payment no nothing happens
what is this
