Customer has trouble logging in
I have a customer who is having trouble logging in. She gets a email/password combination not good error.
I, however, can login fine with her credentials.
Assuming that we set aside the possibility of fat-fingers, Is there something she should be looking for on her local setup that might cause problems with login? Cookies? Browser?
She has used the system before, so I'm assuming something has changed on her end.
