my header and footer colors are not matching?

this my site https://www.originalkickz.com how come my header color is dark orange and footer is light orange. I entered the same color code for both? Also where can i find on stylesheet to change colors for catergory, information tabs? Thanks again

I can't see the exact problem, but you have both background-color: and color: set to the same value, which shouldn't work at all.

color: refers to the color of the text.

Try changing the background-color to some other value (#ff0000, for example) temporarily to see if they look the same, and change the color: to #ffffff.

Your sidebox headers are images (tile_back.gif). You'll need to remove that to color them with background-color:

OK, the footer background-color is #ff9900, but you have a solid-color image for everything but the footerbar:

how do i get to the footer background color? is it located in the stylesheet or somewhere else? Thanks

The header and footer are actually both #ff9900 - it is not apparent because viewing angle affects the color so much on a flatscreen. Add the image if you want them to match the sideboxes:
