Paypal not returning Order Confirmations.

I have had quite a few issues with paypal since I have upgraded to the new version (v1.3.9h) and I was hoping someone can help.

Paypal orders are coming in, I am receiving the money but the transaction isn't there. I did a few test orders and it gives me an order number, however, its not in "My Account" nor is it in my admin section.

I have been having to refund a lot of customers money because I don't have the details. I uninstalled the PP option and reinstalled it and same thing.

I did a test order before and it went through but then said that my session has "timed out" and there was nothing in my cart, however, I got the paypal receipt.

This is getting pretty frustrating, so if someone can offer some insight, that would be fabulous.

So I just looked up the order number it gave me and it is a test order I did in the passed that was already canceled. The order was from 12-12-10.

Nobody can help?
