Re: No delete customers option.

Let's stick to 1 thread for this problem ...

If you go to phpMyAdmin, is there any data in the tables:
customers
customers_info

Do the customers_id in the customers table match the customers_info_id in the customers_info table ...

How did you do your Upgrade?

From what version to what version?

What version php?

What version MySQL?

Re: No delete customers option.

Yes, I asked for an answer on another thread and posted my own, not knowing that a reply to a thread counted.

I will see if I can use PHPmyadmin for the answer.

Other info copied from the VERSION link in the admin section.

If you look in the /cache directory do you see any debug logs generated?

Re: No delete customers option.

Do you have any add ons?

Sounds like some bad or missing files on the server ...

If this is a clean install, you may want to try loading all the files for /admin to /your_secret_admin_dir and see what file(s) might be bad, missing or corrupt ...

You could just up load the one file:
/admin/includes/functions/general.php

but you need to wonder if other files might also be damaged or corrupt ...

Re: No delete customers option.

It was the general.php file,

I just went to another zen site we di and copied it over, refreashed
now I have the function buttons to the right.

Very similar to the thread yuo did I posted in the last response.

Thx so much for leading me in the right direction.

Another question, for Affiliates, I tried the JAX but I run a windows server
so it will not work other thatn the SNAP Affiliates that is out there
might you know of another ? as we are getting requests from others that
want to sell our EmergencyFoodandPowerSupply.com products.

Thx again,
Erick
