"Forgot your password" not working

Hello, everyone!

"Forgot your password" is not working, it redirects to "Page not found". What could cause this problem, where should I look for solution?

/includes/modules/pages/password_forgotten.bak 1202 - I removed .bak 1202 and everything is working fine:smile:
