Flat Rate & Free shipping not working? (yellow light)

Hi,

I'm trying to set up the "shipping" module under "Modules" section in the zen cart admin area.

Both of them show yellow light for some reason.

I have set up tax class, tax zone, and everything.
Under "Zones Definitions," everything is green light.

What could be the problem?

Yellow just means they're not universally available - there's some restriction (such as a zone restriction) or perhaps it's disabled.

You can test it by checking out and setting your shipping address to that zone and making sure you see the shipping module.
