Listing products in a category as columns

Hi,

I'm trying to configure my Zen cart installation (1.3.8) so that it looks like this website:

http://www.babybrandsdirect.co.uk/sc/409/activity-toys-books-craft.aspx

I would like it so that when you click on a category, all products within that category are listed with a picture and grouped by subcategory.

I have installed the Column Layout Grid for Product Listing plugin but have not seen any changes to the layout. I suspect this is down to configuration though.

I would really appreciate some pointers on the areas of configuration I need to look at.

Not possible without some heavy custom coding. You are asking that when a parent category is selected, all child categories will display in the desired sort order, along with a grid or table of all the products that those child categories contain.

This level of functionality is probably possible, but it is not core ZC behaviour.

I don't know of a free add-on that does this (that doesn' mean there isn't one, of course - just that I don't know of it).

Thanks for your reply. I wonder how the website I have linked above got it to work like this. It is a Zen cart installation from what I can tell.

Can you take a look as perhaps I haven't explained the desired behaviour that well.

craft.aspx is not ZenCart which is a php application

You have posted anothers site here - - I would be upset with you if you did that with one of mine...as Google will be indexing this post with that site

What you have not doen is provide where your install is??
