Centerbox heading font color

I have read through every thread I can find and still can't get the font color to change on my centerbox heading. I used Web Developed to find all the related information on the stylesheet, but no matter what I do, it stays black!!

Below is everything related to the centerbox from my stylesheet...what am I missing??

You have several "inline styles" that include <font> calls and one or more of them have not been closed </font>; meaning they are overriding whatever you've specified in your stylesheet.
