Removing "Please Choose:" from the product attributes display

Hello,

I am trying to remove the Please Choose header from the attributes display on my product pages. I have been unable to locate the proper PHP file in which this is defined. Could someone point me to the correct file. I am using cart version 1.3.9h.

Thanks!

In this case, it's probably includes/languages/english/product_info.php
