removing comments

Hello...

my customer set up a fake account and played around buying things to check out shipping etc. what he didn't realize that any comments he made throughout his purchases showed up on the website. Is there a way to remove comments or only make them visible to admin only?

no, it's actually a comment field the admin can use for a customer. When you receive a customer order you can add a comment to the comment field that says paid by check, or shipped or something like that. He wonders if that might either be removed or available to see only by admin, not the customer.
