Need help changing color on my site

I was wondering if anyone could help me changing the background color behind my bg_banner. I need to change the only white part on my site. I have tried to change so many things in my stylesheet and in stylesheet_tm, but nothing seems to work.
Can someone with more experience take a look and help me?

I think it actually an image:blink:

disable images in your browser and you will see

Thanks....
I see what you mean... But I can't seem to change it.
I tried to change all the pixel_trans to pixel_black and I can't seem to get the concerned area...
